Description
This Viking ship, which dates from approx. year 1000 BC, was found in 1957 in Roskilde fjord. The shipwreck was raised in 1962, and after thorough conservation of the material it was possible to reconstruct the ship. Today the ship is on display at the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde.
